Cord-aligner, a centralizing device is designed to be used in tire-cord machines, such as dipping plant, liner re-winder, calendars, let-off and wind-up stations. The unit comprises two jointed axle bowed Rolls, heavy duty or light duty as per application/fabric tension. The side fabric edges on both sides are sensed sensor and take correction as needed by jointed axle bow rolls which work independently on both sides by the sensing provided by each side sensor available with hexagonal shaft 1-1/4 square bar for roll diameter 110mm or with 75mm shaft diameter and 160mm roll diameter for heavy duty applications.
