The roll diameter is dependent on the web materials speed, maximum web width and also the mounting center.

E.G. For 650 mm web width and web speed of less than 50 meters/min, a 90mm bow roll is apt with a 30mm shaft diameter. For web width of 4500mm, speed of 1000mtrs/min requires minimum 160mm diameter roll and 75mm or above shaft diameter. Customers can select the mounting type of the bowed roll. They can select between foot or flange mounting as per specific requirements and applications.
